On Friday 24th May,the 13th Annual Guringai Festival will be launched at The Concourse in Chatswood from 6pm. The festival is a celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and heritage in the northern Sydney region.
Hit Aussie film, Bran Nue Day, will be screened to mark the official launch, as well as a flag raising ceremony and special guest appearances.
The festival runs until Sunday 14th July and will include 60 events such as workshops, exhibitions, performances, films and talks.
