Chatswood celebrates Chinese New Year 2014

Mark your calendar – Saturday 8th February – for the big Chinese New Year celebrations in Chatswood Mall.

Traditional Lion and Dragon Dances will welcome the New Year, followed by an assortment of performances and entertainment. There will also be 30 plus specialty stalls selling Chinese products and food, as well as information and services.

The official opening will be held at 11am, hosted by the Mayor of Willoughby and Chairperson of the Chinese Cultural Centre NSW.

Willoughby’s Chinese New Year Celebrations is organised by the Chinese Cultural Centre NSW and hosted by Willoughby City Council.

The free festivities will run from 10am – 4pm in Chatswood Mall, Victoria Avenue, Chatswood.
